• 14’ to 16’ trailer • The trailer must be able to be pulled by a half ton pickup truck. • The trailer must have a rear ramp door and curbside door. • The trailer must have a minimum ceiling height of 84”. • The trailer must be fully insulated and finished with the following specifications: o All walls and ceiling panels are insulated for thermal protection and sound deadening. o Walls and ceilings are covered with FRP Panels. o Other low wear surfaces covered with polystand carpet. o Floor finished with non-slip rubber tread. • Must have a minimum of 2 workstations. Workstations must have the following: o Two 27” or larger monitor on fixed mounts for a total of four monitors. o Countertop surface covered in White Dry Erase board material o Each station must have its own control panel that has multiple interfaces including HDMI, USB and ethernet. o Must have access for cables to interface with exterior antennas and cameras. o Must have a backup power supply. o Each workstation must have at least two 120V outlets. o Must have a server rack with cooling system, access doors, and network equipment, and wireless internet/networking. • The trailer must have overhead cabinets and cabinets at the end of each countertop. • The trailer must have 2 or more rolling chairs. • The trailer must have a circuit breaker system that can be wired for additional equipment. • The trailer must have a media bay area for outside observers media player must have the following: o A minimum of a 39” monitor, o Multiple 120V and USB charging interfaces. o Lighting for nighttime operations. • The trailer must have at least a 7,000 Watt Generator. • The trailer must power outlets thought the main cabin and outside the trailer. • The trailer must have exterior and interior lights. • The trailer must have detachable roof mounted bars that can act as mounting for antennas and cameras. • The Trailer must have Air Conditioning and Heating.
