Scope of Work for Capitol Café and Concession Operations: The Awarded Bidder must provide all the required services and comply with all requirements in the Capitol Café and Concession Lease Agreement Scope of Work (Atachment 1) including: The operation site will be in the cafeteria located on the ground floor of the State Capitol. Awarded Bidder shall manage all functions of the Capitol Cafe food service program to provide quality full course meals, short-order food items, catering services, snack products, and beverages. Awarded Bidder shall designate a representative to coordinate regarding food services operations with the Facility Management Division and other state agencies that utilize the services of the Capitol Café The Capitol Cafe must be open for business during all State working days from the hours of 7:00 a.m. through 2:30PM (4:30 p.m. during Legislative Session) unless other hours have been approved by Facility Management. The Capitol Cafe operator must be able to provide sandwich, snack, and beverage services to legislators and other entities holding meetings at the State Capitol. The contract term with the successful bidder will be for two years, with 2 options to renew the contract for two year periods.
