1. Concrete to be crushed to 1-1/2” diameter. 2. Asphalt to be crushed to 1-1/2” diameter. 3. All iron, rebar and or garbage shall be left on site and will remain the property of the City of Bismarck. 4. Water will be provided for dust control at no charge by the City of Bismarck Municipal Solid Waste Division. 5. Belt scale readings will be used for billing purposes. The City of Bismarck will have free access to the belt-scale readings at any time as so desired. 6. Copy of Contractor's License or Business License to work in the state of ND.* 7. Certified Check (if bid is less than $10,000) or Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount bid.* 8. Crushing of current estimated quantities shall be completed by June 30, 2026.
