Specifications include, but are not limited to: • We are requesting from a qualified Provider an Early Bar Preparation Course ("EBP Course") designed specifically for our third-year law students and focusing on the Multistate Bar Exam ("MBE"). • We prefer this course to be taught in two sections and offered in Spring semesters. • Provider of this course will include an individual account for each third-year UND School of Law student enrolled in the EBP Course. • The subject coverage will be determined by mutual agreement of the UND School of Law and the Provider. • During the EPB Course, law students will be able to use their accounts to access an online portal, through which they can access the course materials. o Single Sign-on capable o Multi-factor authentication – UND uses DUO o UND may need to request additional technology, security, and accessibility information after responses are received to vet IT standards, ADA, and FERPA compliance as needed. • Preferred that Subtopics within each MBE subject are organized as stand-alone modules and each module will have the following components: o an online outline, o substantive law lectures, o assessment questions, o and practice questions (a combination of one essay and at least 15 multiple-choice questions available online).
