The OTAG has a need for architectural/engineering design services to provide plans, renderings, and specifications for a readiness center building and the following: unheated enclosed vehicle storage building, backup/emergency generator, military vehicle parking and organizational vehicle parking (paved), located in Jamestown, North Dakota. The readiness center consists of a 43,200 square foot permanent masonry type building with all utilities services, information systems, fire detection and alarm systems. The unheated enclosed vehicle storage building (approx. 29,000 sq ft) will be a permanent cold storage building with associated utilities. Site improvements include paved parking, roads, vehicle wash platform, loading ramp, walks, curbs, gutters, storm drainage, grading and seeding. The estimated construction cost range for this project is $40 million to $50 million. The estimated start date for design will be November 12, 2025, with completion of conceptual (35%) plans and specifications within 120 calendar days. Full design and architectural/engineering services are contingent on approved funding. If conceptual plans and funding are approved, the Office of the Adjutant General will enter into an agreement for architectural/engineering design services to provide plans and specifications.
