This project will consist of the complete abatement of asbestos containing materials located at 22 S 10 th Avenue West in the City of Dickinson. The demolition of this property has been approved by the City of Dickinson City Commission. The City anticipates the following scope of work. Complete a Notification of Demolition and Renovation and file it with the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality 10 days prior to beginning removal 4. All miscellaneous work required to complete the project Landfill costs shall not be included in the bid as they will be directly assessed to the property at the conclusion of the project.
