Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will review program implementation and impact information provided by the 21st Century After School Program sites through program files, written and electronic data including input from STATE staff. • The Contractor will develop a program report for activities occurring through the Contract period. The report must indicate if the programs have achieved the goals identified in their original application for funds, including a description of activities provided, demographic data, impact of programs, barriers to effectiveness, and recommendations for program improvement. • Review the current state-level evaluation plan to measure the impact of the 21st Century Community Learning Center (CCLC); Century Community Learning Center update and provide a revised state-level plan for on-going evaluation to measure the impact of future 21st CCLC program activities.
