Description

The Town of Apex (“Town”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms
(“Contractor”) for monthly Stormwater Control Measure (SCM) maintenance services for all
Town-owned SCMs (“Proposals”). The locations of facilities with SCMs to be serviced under
this contract are listed in Attachment A. Electronic construction drawings for each SCM are
available upon request. All devices listed are required to be priced on the Proposal.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals must be submitted in both hardcopy and electronic format no later than 12:00pm on Friday, May
5, 2023. No proposal shall be considered if received after this date and time.
Hardcopy Submittal: Three (3) hardcopies of the Proposal shall be enclosed in a sealed package, addressed
to the Town of Apex, and delivered to 105-B Upchurch Street (Water Resources Administration Building)
to the attention of Jessica Bolin, Stormwater Engineering Manager. The name and address of the
submitting firm, RFP Number (SE2301) and the RFP Title (SCM Maintenance Services) shall be clearly
visible on the outside of the package. Proposals shall be concisely prepared in letter size form (8 1/2” x
11”), bound to ensure that portions of the submission do not become separated. Please also include local
references for similar work completed.
Electronic Submittal: The Proposal must be submitted electronically (.pdf format) via the Town’s BidNet
portal. Visit https://www.bidnetdirect.com (ref. # SE2301) to view additional project requirements and
to upload the Proposal. Please note that additional information and amendments to this RFP will be
posted to BidNet. It is the responsibility of the respondent to monitor the site accordingly.
