Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 WEEKDAY TRANPORTATION BUSINESS HOURS: Except for any North Carolina State approved holidays (unless pre - approved) the Vendor will pick up discharged clients from WBJ ADATC located at 2577 W. 5th Street, Greenville, North Carolina and transport them and their personal belongings to the Raleigh Greyhound bus station or other destinations in North Carolina on the following days and time: Monday through Sunday from 7:00am to 5:00pm The Vendor will pick up discharged clients from WBJ ADATC within an hour of contacting the Vendor YES NO 2 The ONLY passengers that the Vendor will provide transport during these trip(s) will be the discharged clients from WBJ ADATC (no other persons will be allowed or transported in vehicle) YES NO 3 Trip price is the same for multiple passengers and single passengers. YES NO 4 The flat rate, bid price, will be all inclusive. It will include cost of gasoline, maintenance, repair, and all incidental costs at no charge to the WBJ ADATC. YES NO 5 All trip(s) will be non-stop from WBJ ADATC to the designated locations. (Vendor will not be authorized to make any stops on the route.) YES NO
