Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.The Consultant shall furnish all services as required to prepare a comprehensive review of the existing NORCRESS sewer system. The review at a minimum will include flow monitoring, creating a hydraulic model, identify sewer main capacity constraints and system deficiencies, prioritize sanitary sewer capital improvement needs, develop a 5-year and 20-year capital improvement program to address these needs. 2.Set flow meters as appropriate to determine average flow rates and patterns through the system. 3.Identify locations in the system that have capacity constraints under peak wet weather flow. 4.Identify any areas in the system with high rates of Infiltration and Inflow (I&I). 5.The Consultant shall provide the County with a hydraulic model that includes, but is not limited to, all of the following: •Manhole and pipe segment identification numbers in accordance with PWC’s specified naming convention, manhole invert elevation for all pipes and rim elevations. •Pipe size and material. •Pipe flow estimates for peak dry and wet weather flows. •Consultant to recommend design peaking factors based on flow data and peak flow use.
