Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. A turn-key, cloud-based System Integration Platform that supports the features and functions described in this RFP. 2. Operations and maintenance of the system integration platform; 3. System integration services and consulting in support of the SIP implementation, operations and maintenance, MES project initiatives and ongoing integration activities throughout the life of the Contract. The Department expects this consulting work to rise and fall throughout the Contract as integration initiatives start and finish. Vendor must be prepared to vary staff levels based on Department integration needs with no impact to the Vendor’s performance, no Impact to MES initiatives, or no impact to Contract costs and schedules; 4. System integration configuration that supports onboarding, testing, modification or removal of integrations that leverage the SIP. The Department expects this configuration work effort to rise and fall throughout the Contract term as integration initiatives start and finish. Vendor must be prepared to vary staff levels based on Department integration needs with no impact to the Contract or Contract costs. 5. Technical program management in coordination and alignment with the MES Technology PMO for all Medicaid Enterprise System projects. Technical program management provides centralized tracking, management and reporting for all projects, testing initiatives, defect resolution activities, system implementations, system integrations and training. The technical program management provided by Vendor must tightly integrate with all DHHS projects with the Department’s current and prospective vendors to support centralized planning, resource management, incident management, change management, test management, release management and all other facets of a comprehensive program management discipline; 6. Project management for the SIP implementation, system integration consulting, system integration configuration, system integration testing, defect tracking and test reporting; and 7. Expert technical support for the planning, design, development and implementation (DDI) of solutions throughout the MES project and related initiatives. This support from Vendor will include all activities and planning, design, testing, and deployment efforts that support enterprise system implementations, system testing and certification across the entire MES environment and throughout multiple phases of MES implementation and operations.
