Specifications include, but are not limited to: Recycle Containers – Vendor shall furnish 95-gallon secured recycle containers with leak-proof bodies specifically designed for this service (refer to Attachment B for quantities/regions). Equipment shall be properly maintained so that latches, covers, etc., function properly. Per NCDOR security requirements, all closed top recycle containers that are located inside the secure confines of facilities shall be equipped with approved built-in locking devices with keys provided, to prevent unsupervised access of sensitive tax documents. b. Shred Truck and Equipment – Vendor shall provide an on-site shred truck and furnish all necessary equipment, materials and supplies necessary for professionally performing all work in this IFB. Truck will arrive at the NCDOR facility during scheduled time and be operable throughout shredding service. Back-up truck is required in the event of equipment failure or insufficient capacity to finish the job. c. Documentation – Upon completion of scheduled shredding services, a record of total weight shall be provided to the NCDOR employee and signed by both Vendor and NCDOR employee. A copy must be left with employee at the time of service.
