Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University Communications and Marketing (hereafter referred to as UCM) department at UNC Pembroke seeks proposals from qualified media buying agencies to provide strategic media planning, purchasing, analysis and reporting. 1. Work with the UCM team to develop, execute and manage multimedia advertising campaigns for UNC Pembroke, select academic programs and other areas. The multimedia campaigns may include, but are not limited to, mediums such as: a. Google Adwords and Google display ads b. Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media channels c. YouTube d. Billboards, buses and other out-of-home print mediums e. Radio; Proposed campaigns must achieve one or more of the following goals for UNC Pembroke, select programs and other partners: a. Create awareness and interest b. Position UNC Pembroke as an affordable, academic leader in North Carolina c. Increase the number and quality of applications d. Increase enrollments/registrations e. Be creative in approach, ideas, planning and execution. 1. UCM is looking for an agency partner who implements tried and true successful campaign strategies and balances that with new and innovative ideas that will help the university reach new levels of success. Applying successful tactics from other industries to higher education and putting new twists on current practices are examples of the creativity sought. Demonstrated knowledge of the higher education competitive landscape, past success with other clients and high-level understanding of the UNC Pembroke brand are factors that will be used to evaluate this.
