● Review and vet the 2016 building design and associated cost estimates; ● Incorporate previously collected public comments into a modern code complaint pool design and host in-person and virtual community engagement sessions ● Provide the full range of design services including planning, architecture, engineering, cost estimating, value engineering (if appropriate to meet budget requirements) and perming through schematic design, design development and construction documents; ● Provide all required perming and construction administration and project closeout documentation; ● The anticipated construction delivery method will be through a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR). A CMAR will be brought on at the end of the 30% design phase. The Firm will work closely in a collaborative fashion with the City, stakeholders and CMAR to ensure that the final design, project budget and project schedule are strictly adhered to.
