Specifications include, but are not limited to: he following County buildings are included in this RFP: Rockingham County Division of Public Health and Dental Clinic (Governmental Building); Department of Social Services; and Veteran and Family Services.A. Independent Contract Status: The Contractor shall be solely responsible for hiring, firing, pay,benefits and any government forms and/or reports for their employees.B. Uniforms: The Contractor employees must wear company uniforms with identifiable logos.C. Contractor Schedule: Contractor shall arrange a schedule to perform services after normal working hours that will not interfere with County operations. Services are to be provided after hours with a schedule to be arranged with the DHHS Director and Interim Health Director. A schedule of operating hours for the different areas included is given in Article 2.D. Holidays and Closings: On County holidays or adverse weather days when County offices are closed, no services will be needed.E. Daytime Employee: The Contractor must provide a daytime employee to be available to do touch-up spot cleanings to bathrooms, meeting and conference rooms and break rooms. This person would also be available to respond to emergencies in other locations if needed.
