Specifications include, but are not limited to: Daily Task: 1. Empty all trash cans and deposit trash in dumpsters. Plastic liners must be changed twice a month or more often when needed. 2. Collect all breakdown cardboard boxes and deposit in designated dumpster. 3. Vacuum all carpeted areas and spot clean when necessary. 4. Sweep or vacuum all uncarpeted floors. 5. Sweep or vacuum all stairwells and clean handrails. 6. Clean and shine all chrome fixtures, including but not limited to, drinking fountains, handrails and moldings. 7. Rest Rooms: a. Replenish all rest room supplies (i.e. soap, air freshener, tissue, paper towels). The Vendor must provide sufficient quantity to last all day. b. Sweep floors. Wet mop with disinfectant cleaner or scrub with soap and water in order to keep the floor clean and sanitary. c. Wash, sanitize, and deodorize toilets, toilet seats, and urinals. d. Clean sinks and faucets. e. Damp wipe, clean, and polish all chrome surfaces and mirrors. f. Dust and/or wash all walls, ledges, grills, and partitions to keep dust free, dirt free, and clean. g. Empty all trash. Plastic trash can liners must be changed daily. h. Deodorize and disinfect all traps and drains. 8. Elevators: a. Elevator walls and doors, inside and outside, shall be wiped clean and polished. Spot clean if necessary; clean and disinfect control panels inside each elevator and on each floor outside each elevator daily. b. Vacuum or sweep/scrub elevators daily. c. Door tracks on each floor will be vacuumed as needed. WEEKLY Task: 1. Thoroughly wash all rest room walls and partitions. 2. Polish all stainless steel (elevator doors, moldings, etc.). 3. Remove all spots from all carpet. 4. All stairs and landings will be damp mopped and all handrails, stringers, risers wiped clean with a damp cloth. 5. Damp mop all uncarpeted floors 6. Dust all horizontal surfaces including desktops, tabletops, telephones, chairs, file cabinets, bookshelves, ledges on walls, window ledges, partitions, and other surface areas (including fixtures and lamps). Do not disturb work areas, paperwork, or personal items. BI-MONTHLY Task (Two Times per Month): 1. Wash and/or dust and spot clean all walls, woodwork, door frames, switch plates, ledges, fire extinguishers, and other areas exposed to dust, hand prints, marks and smudges 2. Dust all accessible Blinds/Shades. 3. Vacuum all wall and ceiling vents for HVAC.
