Specifications include, but are not limited to: Daily Services to be rendered by the vendor are as follows: RESTROOMS • Sweep/mop/disinfectfloors. • Clean/disinfect/wipe down sinks/faucets & counter tops, wipe/disinfect walls & partitions. • Clean mirrors. • Clean/disinfect commodes & urinals. • Clean & disinfect showers. • Restock all paper products, re-fill soap dispensers. • Replace urinal mats once per month. • Dust door jambs, dust air supply-return vents & exhaust fans. • Remove allspider & cobwebs in corners. • Empty & remove trash from containers in common areas and restrooms, replace liners and take trash to dump. HALLWAYS • Vacuum / sweep weekly. • Mop once a month or as needed. • Clean all glass windows & doors at main entrances (Inside). • Dust & keep windowsills/ledges free of trash. • Dust pictures, baseboards & tops of all door jambs. • Remove all spider & cobwebsin windows and corners. • Remove scuff marks from walls. VESTIBULE • Vacuum / sweep weekly. • Mop once a month or as needed. • Clean all glass windows & doors at main entrances (Inside). • Dust & keep windowsills/ledges free of trash. • Dust pictures, baseboards & tops of all door jambs. • Remove all spider & cobwebsin windows and corners. • Remove scuff marks from walls.
