The Vendor should provide the following services as a minimum and will be required to meet with the County Manager
to present the status and results of the search:
• Develop an ideal candidate profile and strategy for carrying out the recruitment process, involving outreach to
encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
• Draft a recruitment profile based on the existing job description, discussions with staff, and previous search
histories. Recruitment profile shall include information on the community and government, such as
demographics and structure, and shall also contain position specifications. Position specifications shall
describe the responsibilities, title, reporting relationships, compensation/benefits, education and experience
requirements of the position.
• Review County plans, priorities and goals, organizational structure, budget and identify the appropriate
executive professional qualities and skill sets desired.
