Rockingham County is soliciting bids for renovations and repairs to the Eden EMS Base located at 328 W Stadium Dr Eden, NC 27288. Work shall include but not be limited to asphalt removal and new concrete work, flooring, foundation sealing, painting, door installation, sidewalk repair and catch basin and piping repair. Rockingham County is soliciting bids for renovations and repairs to the Reidsville EMS Base located at 328 West Stadium Drive, Eden NC. Work shall include but not be limited to the following: ➢ Asphalt removal and new concrete work ➢ Flooring ➢ Foundation sealing ➢ Door installation ➢ Painting ➢ Sidewalk repair ➢ Catch basin and piping repair All interested contractors should have a valid NC General Contracting License for the dollar amount of the proposed construction work. The repair and renovation work for this project should include all labor, materials, taxes, and permits to complete the project as shown on the plans and specifications fully. • Contractor is to furnish the required Worker's Compensation and General Liability Insurance before the start of the project. Certificates can be submitted to Ronnie Tate. • Rockingham County will supply the electrical power and water for the project. Contractor to supply portable toilets for the project. Use of Rockingham County facilities is prohibited. • The EMS base is a 24/7 facility, The Contractor will not block or impede traffic under any circumstances during the entire duration of the project.
