Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Review and become familiar with the current Design Manual and Standard Details • Lead and facilitate meetings with Charlotte Water staff o Provide agendas and meeting minutes that track comments and decisions made throughout the process o Meetings may include input from outside sources like industry representatives, regulators and contractors • If requested, confer with industry representatives to review available products and technology to make recommendations to CLT Water • Update all Chapters, create new Chapters, and/or Appendices, as appropriate, the CLTWater Design Manual to coincide with current CLTWater business practices, regulatory requirements and industry standards o This includes updating chapters on both design standards as well as technical specifications • Update all Standard Details or create new Standard Details to coincide with current CLTWater business practices, regulatory requirements and industry standards • Ensure the revised Design Manual and Standard Details comply with local, state and federal regulations
