• Deliver enterprise grade WordPress hosting infrastructure capable of supporting a large number of WordPress sites, including standalone sites and multiple multisite networks. • Maintain high performance, uptime, and availability for mission critical University websites. • Apply strong security and compliance standards, including monitoring, patching, backups, incident response, and access controls. • Provide flexible and scalable infrastructure that grows with university needs and accommodates both high traffic enterprise sites and lower impact self-service sites. • Support a decentralized user environment by enabling varying levels of administrative control and autonomy among site owners. • Provide responsive and knowledgeable technical support, including a clearly defined escalation path for critical issues. • Offer expert consultation on optimizing site organization, network architecture, and resource utilization, with a focus on cost efficiency. • Integrate with existing University systems, including Single Sign On (SSO), as needed. • Equip Digital Services with tools and interfaces (such as dashboards and reporting) to manage the hosted environment effectively. • Propose a transparent and adaptable pricing model that reflects actual usage and accommodates future growth.
