Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Stallings invites qualified construction contractors to submit bids for the Town of Stallings’ Winter 2024 Stormwater Program to complete several stormwater projects identified located in several areas throughout the Town of Stallings. The Contractor shall be responsible for all damages to persons or property that occur as a result of his fault, omission or negligence in connection with the prosecution of the work and shall be responsible for the proper care and protection of all work performed here under until completion and final acceptance, whether or not the same has been covered in whole or in part by payments made by the Town. The Contractor shall coordinate with the property owners surrounding the project(s) a minimum of 24-hours prior to beginning the work.
