The City of Wilson is advertising and requesting quotes to be submitted for greens Fumigation at the City of Wilson’s Municipal Golf Course, Wedgewood. • This quote request is for one trip pricing to complete the project. • Golf Course Contractor and Golf Course Personnel will be responsible for trenching and securing any runoff areas of the greens. • Golf Course Contractor and Golf Course Personnel agree and are responsible for following requirements on the Basamid or equivalent (please specify below in Comments/Exceptions section if not Basamid) label. • No-Till application Greens need to be core aerated ½” tine minimum prior to application. • New greens or strip and till method needs to be floated out prior to application. • Golf Course Contractor and Golf Course Personnel are responsible for watering greens 2 days prior to application. • Golf Course Contractor and Golf Course Personnel are responsible for watering greens after Basamid or equivalent application as follows: • Day 1= 1” of water, Day 2 = ¾” of water, Day 3 = ½” of water, Day 4 = ¼” of water • City responsible to require work with irrigation rep/company to determine the correct amount of water based on your irrigation system to apply that amount over the entire day. • Golf Course Contractor and Golf Course Personnel will follow re-entry and plant protocols watering for 4 days after application and then venting for 4 days after watering application and planting on the 5th day.94,000 sq. ft.
