Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded contractor shall produce a consumer- facing website to provide information to those who seek additional resources from Steps to Health who have learned about the program through school and community- based programs. The website will contain research and evidence-based resources that demonstrate best practices in nutrition education and physical activities. The site shall include resources for parents, teachers, caregivers, and participants who have completed programs. Website development includes a complete build of the website from the ground up including graphic design, a recipe bank, blog space, popup windows with contact forms in them to collect more data from visitors, redirects, active buttons, and animated page headers or other elements. The website shall provide for easy content editing, including uploading photography and embedding videos from YouTube, interactive banners (animated entry), recipe bank, video capability resource re-directs, including site licensure, establishing a server, domain name, hosting, etc.
