List of proposed representative(s) for this project and their experience 4. List of programmers that will be working on this project, and their experience 5. Experience working in a collaborative environment (including client contact withfaculty/staff/administrators, rather than strictly providing programming) 6. References from at least 3 other similar projects with contact names, email addresses.(references from higher educational institutions a plus) 7.Ability to meet ADA accessibility requirements as described in UNCG Web AccessibilityPolicy (see http://policy.uncg.edu/web_accessibility/) and consistent with the otherUNCG web site policies. (Information on these policies is available athttp://www.uncg.edu/woc/accessibility/guidelines/)8. Ability to provide a site that is browser and platform independent, able to scale to all screenresolutions, and useable on slow speed and broadband connections9. Portfolio of at least 2 similar projects/previous designs (printed or electronic)10. A plan for developing the conceptual designs with a proposed budget and timetable11. Ability to provide site templates with a logical file structure for future updates and standardsthat allow for access by multiple devices such as mobile phones and handheldcomputers and links to/from pages within the site.12.
