Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to obtain pricing for design services and specifically the ReDesign of an external website for the Department of Institute for Outdoor Drama. The intent is to select a Prime vendor to provide design services and establish a convenience contract. Bidding will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda thereto. A. The re-design shall include: 1. Concept 2. Design 3. Copywriting: Vendor to edit copy provided by Institute to maximize its effectiveness for web consumption 4. Programming 5. Initial Search Engine Optimization (SEO) a) Vendor will design and program at least two (2) email templates to include one (1) e-newsletter format and one (1) with a generic invite or postcard format. 6. The site must conform visually throughout the pages. B. The website: 1. Requires a new domain name preferably incorporating "Institute of Outdoor Drama" and the top level domain should be .org. 2. The Institute of Outdoor drama will provide content, vendor will provide organization and optimal functionality 3. Shall be supported by the awarded vendor after re-design. 4. Will be hosted by the vendor or vendor-recommended server. 5. Email templates must be compatible with the CRM program of ConstantContact.com or comparable CRM program acceptable to Institute. 6. Shall have a platform to spotlight member dramas, photos and videos and also provide members with the means to shape their individual marketing messages and announcements. 7. Provide members with a backend intranet with which to communicate with the institute for consulting purposes, update their profile information, establish and change passwords, etc. 8. A streamlined process to register for auditions and to access to up-to-date information about all member dramas. 9. Provide non-member audiences with an easy-to-use database with which to search upcoming events by state, drama name or drama type, preferably with a zip code based find a drama near you feature. 10. Provide those interested in the arts with the ability to donate. 11. Provide potential members with the information needed to know before joining. 12. Provide members and non-members with information necessary to register for conferences, auditions, or other association programs 13. Provide members and non-members with the ability to purchase Institute publications or other products.
