Specifications include, but are not limited to: Fayetteville Technical Community College is seeking a website design product based on the following requirements. The website design: a) must take into account web user interface best practices including, but not limited to, navigation and content, security compliance, and ADA/web accessibility compliance; b) must take into account SEO (search engine optimization) best practices including, but not limited to, site structure, hierarchy, meta description, optimized images, and optimized URLs; c) must be mobile responsive with a layout design for each format including desktop, mobile landscape, mobile portrait, and tablet portrait (up to three (3) revisions during design phase); d) must include options for social sharing for news, events, and key content; e) must work with the OmniUpdate CMS platform for which the College has an existing contract and license. All templates must be easily imported in our CMS.
