Monthly Water System Testing & Inspection Conduct monthly testing of all mechanical system water loops (chilled and hot water). Inspect all cooling towers for biological growth, foam, sludge, scale formation, and structural deterioration or corrosion. Provide and apply liquid-only treatment chemicals. Dry chemicals are not permitted. Monthly Reporting Submit a detailed service report for each site visited, including test results, chemicals used, inspection observations, and maintenance recommendations. System Component Maintenance Inspect and ensure proper function of water treatment system controls, circulation pumps, and water softeners. Additional Clause: If devices or components of the chemical control system are found to be faulty or in need of repair, the contractor must provide a written quote for replacement or repair within 24 hours of identifying the issue. Water Softener Management GCS will supply water softener salt. The contractor is responsible for monitoring salt levels and maintaining operational consistency. Chemical Delivery & Waste Disposal Deliver all treatment chemicals directly to each site. Remove and dispose of all empty chemical containers in compliance with safety regulations. GCS personnel will not handle or transport chemicals.
