Specifications include, but are not limited to: Park Hours November - February: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. March, April, September, and October: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. May - August: 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. Park is closed on Christmas Day (December 25th) Office Hours Weekdays: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Closed weekends and state holidays Any charges acquired for non-compliant tests (retesting charges) will not be paid as part of this contract, but will be paid by Lake Norman State Park as separate charges. Vendor shall be responsible for billing such charges separate and apart from this contract and will be responsible for labeling such invoices as non-compliant retests. All pricing shall stand firm as outlined in this Request for Proposal throughout the contract period. No price increases will be allowed during the initial year of the contract. CHANGE IN PERMITS It is understood by both parties that permits may change during the contract. If the Water Quality permits do change, it is understood and agreed that the awarded Contractor will be responsible for obtaining any/and all new permits as needed. CONTRACTOR EMPLOYEE POLICY AND REQUIREMENTS 1. All prospective bidders must provide a copy of their current certification and must not have any any pending disciplinary actions against them as outlined under 15A NCAC 27 .0901. By signing this Request for Proposal, Contractor certified he/she has no pending disciplinary actions against them
