The university desires a general overhaul of the television studio environment. A major component of the overhaul will include the removal of all decommissioned and unused equipment as determined by the university. This includes the removal of all audio and video cabling deemed unnecessary. The university retains the right to recycle or sell for scrap the unused cabling. System Integration and Installation A complete system integration between proposed new and existing equipment is required as a part of the project. The scope of the work shall include the integration, installation, and necessary new equipment to interface with existing equipment. All audio, video, data, power and control cables are required to be clearly labeled and identified at each cable termination. During and upon completion of the integration and installation of equipment a proof of performance demonstration is required. Additionally, system training sessions are to be included for university staff.
