The objective of this project is to stabilize and reconstruct the affected portions of the wall to ensure long-term structural performance, and safety in accordance with all applicable local and state regulations. Retaining Wall: Total length: Approximately 30 feet Height: 16 inches on the left end and 34 inches on the right end Width: 16 inches Area Requiring Repairs: Length: Approximately 14 feet Height: 22 inches on the left end and 34 inches on the right end Width: 16 inches End Column (Across the Street, Corner of Vacant Lot): Height: Approximately 36 inches Dimensions: 24 inches x 24 inches All measurements are approximate. It is the contractor’s responsibility to verify all dimensions and conditions on site prior to submitting a lump-sum price proposal. Bidders are expected to provide a cost proposal for repairing the wall and column as described. 1.
