Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University is seeking a Production Management Company to operate the video board during the 2012 Football season. The following services should be included: o To create graphics for professional display as needed for player representations and entertainment enhancements (provide in-game segamnets) o Include all camera operator(s) (at least 3), director, producer, line producer, technical director, instant replay operator, graphics operator, graphics designer and audio technician The University will provide all cameras, tripods, control room, switcher, graphic display, instant replay, clear-comm, cabling and monitoring equipment for each game. The current Video Scoreboard on campus is a Barco product with the following components: Screen: Barco Slite-14 Fiberlink: Single mode Fiberlink 1 Digitizer: D320L with DVI and CVSB inputs Control software: Director Toolset
