Project Management ● Work collaboratively with the WCPSS Magnet Programs Synergy Team and school-based magnet coordinators to develop a project calendar and timeline. ● Coordinate and schedule all filming activities, including interviews, classroom scenes, school tours, and special programs at each of the four schools. ● Maintain accurate records of video and photo release forms for all participants, and ensure that filming is limited to individuals with proper consent and permissions. ● Assign a designated point of contact to maintain communication and ensure adherence to the project timeline. Content Strategy and Research Integration ● Review previous WCPSS marketing materials and video content to understand existing messaging and branding. ● Align video content with insights from current audience research (including Pre-K and rising 6th grade) and school choice values. Video Production and Content Creation ● Produce 3–5 high-quality marketing videos per school, including: ○ A general promotional overview ○ A program-focused feature (e.g., STEM, Arts + Design, Innovation) ○ Short-form videos for social media ○ Testimonials from students, staff, and/or parents ● Capture B-roll footage and still photography to be used in future marketing materials. ● Deliver an organized digital content library for each school, including raw footage, edited videos, B-roll footage, Intros, Outros, and Lower 3rds. WCPSS will have full rights to all content.
