This contract is an “As Needed” Contract for Tiered Asphalt Resurfacing, Tiered Milling, Shoulder Reconstruction, Pavement Markings, and Drainage needs for various locations on Urban Freeways throughout Wake, Durham, and Franklin Counties on Primary and Interstate routes. A Map of these areas has been provided by NCDOT for use in bidding purposes. All work and materials shall be in accordance with the provisions of the General Guidelines of this contract, the Project Special Provisions, the North Carolina Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures 2024, the North Carolina Department of Transportation 2024 Roadway Standard Drawings, and the current edition of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).
