Contractor will provide laundering service for Coast Guard owned linens. Contractor will be responsible for packing soiled linens in contractor provided containers. Contractor must be flexible with amount to be laundered each week not to exceed 900 lbs. a week of soiled linen. Contractor will pick up soiled linens once weekly and return them cleaned, neatly folded, and organized by type of linen the following week when picking up the next set of soiled linen. Work to be performed at USCG Base Elizabeth City, 1664 Weeksville RD, Elizabeth City, NC 27909.
All quotes must be submitted by 1100 Eastern Time on March 24, 2025.

The small business standard is $8 million.
All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.
