The contractor will be responsible for furnishing the proper size uniforms for each employee; therefore, the contractor will determine the size of each employee prior to delivery. 1. The contractor will be allotted two weeks to measure all employees, as coordinated by the Board of Education’s Maintenance and Transportation departments. Fittings will be on-site at each location. 2. The contractor will coordinate any additional measurements and size adjustments with the Board of Education’s Maintenance and Transportation departments. 3. The contractor shall display the various uniform options at the time of thefittings. 4. The contractor shall also perform alterations, including hemming, to garments to ensure proper fit, at no additional cost to the Board of Education.
