1 Provide, deliver, off-load and service for two (2), 8-cubic animal proof yard dumpsters with a plastic lid that opens on top and sliding doors on the side for trash only. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to provide, for pick up one (1) time each week for a total of one hundred four pickups. The locations of the trash dumpsters will be agreed upon by the Department Contract Manager and awarded Vendor. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to provide, for pick up one (1) each week. 3 Collect, transport, and disposal of solid waste in accordance with all local, state and federal laws. Solid waste includes product packaging, furniture, clothing, bottles, food scraps, newspapers, and dried paint. YES NO 4 Provide dumpsters be kept in a well-maintained appearance. YES NO 5 Provide dumpstersthat are rodent-proof, animal-proof, wind-proof, leakproof and rust-proof. YES NO 6 Provide dumpstersin good working order and appearance. Good working order and appearance includes container that does not leak and/or rust. YES NO 8 Provide a replacement dumpster at no additional cost to the Department if the Department Contract Manager determines container is unsightly, damaged, or unusable. Vendor must repair or replace damaged dumpster within 48 hours of notification by the Department Contract Manager. YES NO
