Year One 1. Conduct weekly visits by a certified operator to monitor for pH and residual chlorine at the following well water systems. On a yearly basis samples will be collected at the following well water systems and analyzed for nitrates. The results will be reported as required to the North Carolina Public Water Supply Section. Organize and submit all required reports to the City of Raleigh Maintenance and Operations Supervisor, Kingsley Devor’e, or designee and to the NCDWR (Public Water Supply Section). 5. Corrective Maintenance Services A. Any repairs to the TNC water systems, especially repairs that could result in a permit violation, are required to be reported to the City of Raleigh Maintenance and Operations Supervisor, Kingsley Devor’e, or designee immediately via email. B. Provide an On-Call phone number which can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies. C. Upon request by City of Raleigh Maintenance and Operations Supervisor, Kingsley Devor’e, or designee, mobilize and arrive on-site within a 4-hour response time. D. All repairs must be approved by City of Raleigh Maintenance and Operations Supervisor, Kingsley Devor’e, or designee, and executed through an amendment to the contract. If repairs are required, they must be continuous until repairs are fully completed. All repairs should meet all manufacturer requirements and specifications. The City of Raleigh reserves the right to obtain additional quotes for all repairs outside this scope of work. 6. Chemical Application for Water Treatment A. Prior to procurement of all chemicals, supplies, equipment, and laboratory expenses, the Contractor shall provide a quote and request pre-approval from the City of Raleigh Operations and Maintenance Supervisor, Kingsley Devor’e, or designee. An executed amendment will need to be in place before procurement of items. B. Provide NSF approved chemicals for disinfection and for pH adjustments.
