Specifications include, but are not limited to:Injury Prevention has three trailers that are pulled across the state of North Carolina. These trailers are used at child passenger safety trainings and other events. To help advertise Injury Prevention there are graphic designs on the trailers. The old graphics will need to be removed and new graphics installed to keep the appearance of the trailers looking new. Removal, Cleaning of Three Trailers • Graphics removed • Trailers to be acid washed to remove paint oxidation to prepare for new wrap Graphics – Install Full Wrap on 12’ Trailers • 141-3/4” long and 72-1/2” wide • Rounded front is 83-1/5” • Sides of trailer are 74” tall • Back door (with pulldown) is 63” x 71” • No aluminum trim or door trim will be installed/warranted Type of Material • Vinyl wraps (4-color process) Create and Provide Template of Trailers • Wrap will be an original design created by DOI staff • Create and provide artwork files to DOI for trailers (all trailers are identical) • Design template must be supplied by winning vendor before application
