Specifications include, but are not limited to: Youth Soccer ProgramA.Execution and administration of seasonal soccer league play. League must be active infall and spring during the term of the agreement. League may be affiliated with a largersanctioning body but must provide a recreational option to include participation in theNorth Carolina Recreation and Parks Association (NCRPA), State Wide AthleticConference (SWAC). All league dates will align with post season play for sanctioningbodies and with the SWAC tournaments to take place in the fall and spring.B.Development of a soccer training curriculum for both developing and advancedplayers. Camps may be offered at various times of the year to include summerprogramming options.C.Development of introductory soccer clinics designed to engage the public and exposeplayers to the sport of soccer.
