The Branding, Signage and Wayfinding Program aims to guide motorists, bicyclists, and pedestrians to, around, and through the Town Center District, utilizing streets, sidewalks, greenways, and public spaces. The program must be adaptable to future changes while complementing the overall Town Branding & Wayfinding standards, capturing a sense of community connection within the Town Center District. The project involves developing a cohesive family of directional, contextual, and identification signs across various signage mediums within the designated Town Center District area (see APPENDIX C Town Center District Map). The following are key objectives for the scope of work: KEY OBJECTIVES: • Develop a district brand identity for the Town Center incorporating both existing and new amenities, features, & facilities located in and around the designated district area that enhances the placemaking and marketing appeal. • Create a wayfinding and amenity signage master plan that is distinctive yet aligns with the Town's overall Brand Standards folding in an imaginative street naming strategy, cultural diversity, and innovation. • Establish a multimodal plan for a signage and wayfinding system that informs, educates, and directs residents and visitors to key landmarks, historical sites, facilities, activity centers, transit stops and services (e.g., library, restaurants, retail clusters, active and open spaces, greenways, and neighborhoods). • Enhance the Town Center District by developing a designated social district that fosters community interaction, events, and a lively atmosphere that has a unique brand recognition while complementing the overall brand identity. • Outline a recommended outreach strategy to receive community feedback that can be managed and directed by Town Staff. • Incorporate innovative smart solutions that are expandable and sustainable for future development and phases of the Town Center. • Provide an implementation guideline document that considers the prioritization leveraging a phased approach. • Provide bid and fabricator support for overall project implementation. • Develop a budget and phased schedule that aligns with current and future Town Center Phases for implementation program.
