The selected firm will be the one title sponsor for the 2025 Holiday Express event in December at Pullen Park. The multi-night event offers holiday lights and displays, a holiday train, carousel rides, crafts, a visit with Santa, and other activations. Financial donation- The title sponsor will provide a financial donation to the City of Raleigh, Parks and Recreation department. The target amount is $35,000 – $65,000. Marketing and Branding- The firm will be branded as the title sponsor for the 2025 Holiday Express event. The firm may utilize media and social media to share this collaboration. Raleigh Parks may use media and social media to share about this collaboration. The firm will receive digital exposure on screens at the event and will receive acknowledgment on the Raleigh Parks website. The awarded organization will work with Raleigh Parks on a plan for social media. Activation- The firm will have the opportunity to engage its staff members at the event as volunteers. The firm and Raleigh Parks will agree on a certain number of free tickets for the firm to have and distribute.
