Specifications include, but are not limited to: Department of Administration, State Surplus Property is seeking a Vendor to pay the State to Timber Harvest ±51 Total Acres of predominately Pine, that is to be Clear Cut. Heavy equipment and semitrailers shall be allowed to operate on site from 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday, only. No Logging Activity shall be allowed on Sunday. All materials brought on site to reinforce the haul roads must be approved by facility staff prior to unloading. No bricks or refuse of any kind shall be used for road fill; only clean rock may be applied. It is recommended that bridge matting be used whenever possible. All roads must be left in pre-harvest condition or better. Roads and access points shall be kept clear and passable during the operation. Extraction corridors shall be armored with logging slash on a routine basis to prevent compaction of the soil. No alcohol or firearms shall be permitted on site.
