This Specification covers the installation, removal, transfers, and materials of 224 distribution structures along “The Grid”. Any costs associated with guying, anchors, and service transfers should be included in the pole-top assembly cost. Old distribution structures along the grid will be replaced with new poles. The existing structures will be removed. All transfers are the responsibility of the contractor. Existing conductors will be attached to new poles. Existing copper neutral conductor running along 5th Street will be replaced with 1/0 ACSR conductor. All hardware and insulators will be replaced. The proposal submitted by the contractor shall include all labor, equipment, and all other necessary items to complete this project
