Davidson-Davie Community College is accepting proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk for The Dr. Slate Medical Training Center at 425 N NC Hwy 801 Advance NC in Davie County NC until November 6, 2025 3pm at Davidson-Davie Community College 297 DCC Rd. Thomasville, NC 27360 in Brooks building room 218. This training center is planned to support the programs of EMS, Surgical Technology/Sterile Processing, Practical Nursing, Nurse Aide, Respiratory Therapy, Health CE and Home Health Aide and well as general classrooms, conference and administrative spaces. The planned location is beside the Atrium Health/Davie Medical Center at NC-801, Bermuda Run, NC in Davie County on a currently undeveloped site. The total project budget is 20.9M with a construction budget of 17.4M and a 2 story building with a size of 29K Square Foot. The project will be located on approximately 3 acres.
