Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Contractor shall complete TIC Plans for North Carolina Domestic Preparedness Regions (DPRs) one (1) through six (6) anda review/update as warranted for the existing TIC Plans for DPR 7 (North Carolina's Urban Area Security Initiative [UASI]region) DPRs eight (8) and nine (9). The contractor should ensure that State and state-wide assets and namingconventions are consistent in all TIC Plans.2.Coordinate with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Office of Emergency Communications/InteroperableCommunications Technical Assistance Program (OEC/ICTAP), in Tactical Interoperable Communications (TIC) Plansworkshops and reviews to explain new planning criteria and best practices from existing TIC Plans.3.Contractor shall provide a facilitator and necessary support staff to conduct a one (1) day workshop in six (6) of the nine (9)DPRs as outline in item 1.4.The Kick-off Meeting shall be conducted by a knowledgeable facilitator. The purpose of the Kick-off Meeting is to reviewthe data required to complete the TIC Plan.
