North Garner Middle School is planning a day trip to Wilmington, North Carolina to visit the Aquarium at Fort Fisher, and the Battleship North Carolina, and is seeking to contract with a vendor who can provide the travel services listed below: • Date of travel: May 4, 2025 (two trips) o Trip 1 will go from the school (Garner, NC) to the Aquarium to the Battleship and back to the school o Trip 2 will go from the school (Garner, NC) to the Battleship to the Aquarium and back to the school • Approximate total number of passengers per trip: 168 on 3 charter buses (6 total buses) • Vendor shall procure round-trip charter bus transportation for the trip. • Vendor shall procure an area for lunch during the trip (bagged lunches to be brought by students). • Vendor shall make reservations for group to visit attractions listed on the itinerary. Cost of attractions shall be included in the proposal. • Vendor shall make arrangements for guided services at attractions as necessary. • Vendor shall provide detailed itinerary, to include departure and arrival times, destinations, and attractions, for the following o Visit to Kure Beach Pier at the Aquarium o Self-guided tour of USSNC Battleship o Visit Jockey’s Ridge State Park
