Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Description: A 15,983 SF existing pre-engineered metal building which is currently used to maintain the City of Charlotte's construction equipment, fire trucks, dump trucks, utility trucks, snow equipment, police cars, etc. is proposed to have 2,212 SF demolished and a 7,738 SF pre-engineered metal building added. Some minor work and alternate upgrades are proposed to occur in the existing portion of the building to remain. The existing building is composed of two Break Rooms, a Secretary Office, Office, Library/Conference Room, Men and Women Restrooms, a Parts Room, Parts Storage, a Mezzanine, and seven Work Bays. The final area of the building upon completion will be 21,508 SF and will have nine total Work Bays.
