Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to obtain pricing for and procure Exacq Technologies enterprise class video surveillance management and security surveillance camera equipment and software for NCDPS/ Central Engineering-Pamlico CI to be used inside statewide NCDPS facilities. Exacq Technologies’ software is already in use by NCDPS to provide statewide video surveillance management and recording inside correctional facilities, juvenile justice facilities, and various other NCDPS facilities. The software and equipment are currently integrated on a statewide network allowing access, control, and management from a centralized point for security operations and incident management. Adult Corrections and Juvenile Justice utilize this software as a part of their centralized command center for critical security events. NCDPS also utilizes Exacq Technologies’ enterprise management software system which monitors real-time diagnostic health and performance parameters for each of the over 150 systems.
