Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Consultant will assist the Authority in updating and potentially consolidating its Crisis Communications Plan (CCP) and Joint Information Center (JIC) Plans to align with the National Incident Management Structure (NIMS), reflect industry best practices and incorporate lessons learned from RDU real world crisis events. The consultant will also assist with ensuring the CCP and JIC plans align with other airport emergency plans.; 2) One day in the spring/summer timeframe consisting of: a) One (1) one and half hour C-Suite, communications team and select Operations leadership workshop to address ICS/NIMS and public information roles, including facilitated discussion that addresses the working relationship between the groups and their roles/functions; and; b) One (1) two and a half hour CCMT Crisis Communications Plan (CCP) review and minidrill session (one-hour training followed by tabletop exercise with simulated shiftchange).; 3) One day in the fall/winter timeframe consisting of: a) One (1) one and a half hour C-Suite, communications team and select Operations leadership workshop with 30-minute plan review and hour tabletop exercise; b) One (1) two and a half hour CCMT Crisis Communications Plan (CCP) review and tabletop exercise.; 4) Strategic Communications Consulting as needed.
